Mary Cacioppi
Director of Investor Relations at Rockford Area Economic Development Council sits down with me to talk about her involvement with bringing the First Ted Talk event to our area with a TED-X event. She also gives us her personal back story gearing up for her current job at the READC and what the READC does for our community. With all the acronym businesses that help Rockford, it’s hard enough to keep their titles straight let alone what they do for our community! Mary was nice enough to sit down with me and help clarify their role here, and what all it took to pull of our first TED talk.
